Jeff Salvo
With a decade of ministry experience, I have had the opportunity to serve 25 different ministries across the state of Wisconsin. From a small church of 25 to a church of 7,000. Throughout my time serving these ministries I realized churches are struggling getting volunteers, having smooth Sundays, and using tech as a ministry. That's when Production Theology started! I transform production teams to be confident and capable of running smooth distraction free sundays.

Production Theology exists to serve the church. Each church is unique and is gifted to reach their community.
We help churches be more effective and consistent in their unique context
Support
Churches need support, And they often don't know who to talk to or contact. That's where we come in. We train churches on there system and give practical next steps they can apply the upcoming sunday
Steward
We are about training and using the resources to the greatest extent. Churches can do a lot with the gear they have. We make recommendations on gear they need to make it work in the present then make suggestions for the future as the church grows
Production Theology was born long before 2026. It started in the midst of the pandemic with an idea of bridging the gap between production and theology. Over the years Production Theology took on many forms but there has always been a deep desire to support and train the local church. We are committed to serve, support and steward the local church!
